Secuity was a big factor for us and they had late hours guards walking the grounds with flash light. They handled all our logistic no matter what time of the day or night was. It started before we even arrived! We had some issues with our private plane coming into mykonos because of slot time issues and they went to the airport to try and talk to people they knew to get us approved. They went out of their way to do this and it meant a lot even though we went to athens then helicopter to Mykonos anyways. When we arrived by helicopter Niko was there to meet us with such great energy and drive us to the villa. He made us feel at home and like family from the moment we got there. The first evening they had an incredible feast set up of fresh fish, veggies, and risotto all made by the amazing hilde and their staff. At dinner We told them our plans for the week and Niko even offered to show us around the historically important island of Delos where we saw so much Greek History and ruins from 2000+ years ago. He made us feel apart of the culture and had such great stories on everything that he showed us. Most owners/hosts i feel would never offer this to the guests and he personally took the day to show us around. Even though our other friends came later in trip, when they arrived they were also blown away by the hospitality. Everybody was extremely happy to be there. It is a very secure and private villa, the views are INCREDIBLE, The sunsets will blow you away and the service is 2nd to none. Incredible week! We will be back THANK YOU!!!!

We concur. Nicholas and Hilde were gracious hosts and attentive to our needs. As promised, they met us at the ferry port and drove us to their most spectacular villa. The views from the outside can not be put into words and extended well beyond 180 degrees. Together with their staff, they catered breakfast each morning and hosted two incredible outdoor dining experiences. They dined with us and were available to assist us throughout our stay. They shopped for us, made local suggestions, and were attended to our every need. We enjoyed their facility and their company. As impressive as this villa is, the rooms sparkled, the service of staff was exceptional and the pool facility was beyond magical. Our only regret is that we are not still there. But the memories will be with us for a lifetime. If you are fortunate enough to book this villa, be prepared for the trip of a lifetime. There are so many beautiful little details, pieces of furniture, art and personal touches that make it feel like a home away from home. Great thought has been put into the comfort of the guests, such as shower gel; bathrobes; a fridge full of gorgeous local food... the host,Nikos,goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. Linens are crisp, beds are comfortable and the dining areas, BBQ and bar have everything you need to entertain at the villa. The thing that will literally take your breath away, however, is the view! It's almost like the view from a luxury yacht. All you see in every direction is sea, horizon and so many beautiful Cycladic islands. Add to that a beautiful pool and gardens that have been carefully and painstakingly tended to, and it feels like you have found a small piece of paradise. We were so in love with this beautiful place that we decided to have our wedding reception here. Seeing our guests' reaction to their surroundings was priceless!! Now for the hospitality. Nikos truly made us feel more like family than guests. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always on-hand to offer his assistance if you needed it. He stayed in a small apartment underneath the main villa. It is completely out of view, but he's there should you need. He and his partner, Hilde, offered us great assistance throughout the wedding, both the lead up to it and on the day itself. We felt incredibly looked after. We connected so well with them over the past year, through our dialogue, that we invited them to the wedding, which we fear they helped more than enjoyed it.In addition to Nikos you are in the extremely kind & capable hands of his live in property team, husband & wife Hassan & Halliemae. Hassan looks after the grounds & cooked us the most amazing welcome BBQ. And Halliemae not only looked after all the cleaning, but was a constant ray of sunshine, always smiling and happy to help. They are both such warm, beautiful, hard-working people ensuring that your stay is both a pleasant and comfortable one. All in all, this place and the people who have built it and cared for it over the years are magic! We have travelled extensively, but no view has compared with those of Aegean Blue. As reference for location you can walk to Nammos beach and a 8-10 minute cab ride to Mykonos town. The property itself is very large. 2 outdoor dining areas, 2 sitting areas and plenty of sun beds for laying out by the pool. As for living space we had 10 people in our group and everyone slept on a bed comfortably. As for the service during our stay, we couldn't have been more pleased! Nicholas (host/owner of the property) picked up our entire group from the airport and was very friendly and informative. He even did the grocery shopping for us prior to our arrival! He was very good with communication anytime we needed assistance or advice. There was also a daily maid service that went above and beyond. Not only did she make our beds and tidy up the bedrooms but she also helped with cleaning the dishes and common areas of the villa!I really can't stress enough the beauty of the villa - Pictures don't do it justice!
