  • Between the kitchen and the Guest House there is a covered dining area with a magnificent view of the sea and the islands of Naxos, Paros and of course the sacred island of Delos.
  • The swimming pool
  • The spacious Cabana by the pool offers unmatched vistas and integrates a large dinning area, a lounge and a fully equipped al fresco kitchen with BBQ, gas plates, electric oven, large fridge, a deep freezer and a dishwasher. The Cabana and pool area will become your favourite spot to gather.
  • The pièce de résistance of the Cabana is its sound system and open space for dancing under the Mykonian night sky, with the twinkling lights of the surrounding islands.
  • Below the pool area is our shaded Gym where you can keep up your fitness, using our boxing equipment, set of weights, exercise bike, treadmill, elliptical and the multi exercise station will be the perfect antidote to the wonderful and indulgent food prepared for you by our private chefs.

  • Guest access The guests have privacy, exclusivity and full access to all the facilities.
  • Additional guests will be able to stay on a couch-bed in the Garden Level Master and Junior Suites.
  • We can also arrange for a baby-cot or a folding bed in any of the two Master Bedrooms of Main House. (Each additional guest is charged 150 Euro per night).
  • All bedrooms are equipped with A/C, hairdryer, bath robes and quality amenities such as soaps, body and hair shampoo, and hair conditioner (Argan Source).
  • Mattresses are new and made by SEALY® model Florida.
  • Other things to note Reliable VDSL (25Mb down 4.5Mb up) wifi broadband internet access with 10 access points, all connected with wires, that provide for a steady and strong signal everywhere inside and all around the Villa.
  • A powerful generator that automatically starts in case of power failure that can fully sustain all the needs of energy that the villa might require. This is mostly important for venues.
  • Extra privacy and security is provided by our surveillance cameras system (not in guest areas) and a night security patrol person from 11:00pm to 07:00am.
  • Access is through a remote controlled gate that leads to shaded parking space for three cars and many more under the open sky.
  • The villa is equipped with two sound systems, one Marshall® in the sitting room and another, more powerful one for the outdoor needs by the pool and the Cabana. Both sound systems can be wirelessly accessed via wifi by any smart phone, tablet or laptop.
  • A 32 inch TV screen in the sitting room offers satellite channels, AppleTV and Netflix.
